Empty your cache (caches saved)

Sometimes an error can be fixed if you empty your cache. The cache stores the pages you visit to enable you to access it more rapidly thereafter. Select your browser, and we will teach you how to empty the cache:

Delete your cookies

Sometimes an error can be fixed if you delete your cookies. Cookies are information stored on the computer that can recognise a user's session. Select your browser, and we will teach you how to empty the cache:

I have emptied my cache and deleted all my cookies but I still can't log in!

If your cache is empty and you have deleted all your cookies as described above but still can't login, then try this:

  1. Close your browser window and open a new one. Then try to login to Panfu again.
  2. Restart your computer. Then login again on Panfu.
  3. If all this fails it may be because that you are not using the latest version of Flash-Player which ensures you can play on Panfu. You can get the latest version here:

Changing the Security Level (only for Internet Explorer)

Perhaps your Browser security settings at set to High. If you use Internet Explorer 6 or 7, then please try the following:

  1. Click on the top of the screen on 'Extras'.
  2. A tab appears. Now click on 'Internet Options.'
  3. It opens a window. Click on the 'Security' tab.
  4. Now click on 'Security level for this zone', then on 'Standard level' and then finally click on 'OK'.
  5. If you have closed all your browser windows, the security level of your browser is now normal.

Firefox: Delete cache

  1. Click on the top of the screen on 'Extras'.
  2. Click on 'Tools' from the menu of your browser.
  3. In this tab, click on 'Clear Private Data...'.
  4. Click 'OK'.
  5. Close all windows. Your cache is now empty.

Internet Explorer 6: Empty Cache

  1. Click on the top of the screen on 'Extras'.
  2. A tab appears. Now click on 'Internet Options.'
  3. Now a small window opens. In the middle ('Temporary Internet Files'), click on 'Delete Files'.
  4. Click 'OK'.
  5. Close all windows. Your cache is now empty.

Internet Explorer 7: Empty cache

  1. Click on the top of the screen on 'Extras'.
  2. A tab appears. Now click on 'Internet Options.'
  3. Now Click on the 'General' tab. It opens up a tab.
  4. Under 'Browsing history' click on 'Delete'.
  5. Now a window opens, at the top is 'Temporary Internet files'.
  6. Click on 'Delete Files' and confirm this command.
  7. Close all windows. Your cache is now empty.

Firefox: Delete cache

  1. Click on the top of the screen on 'Extras'.
  2. Click on 'Tools' from the menu of your browser.
  3. In this tab, click on 'Clear Private Data...'.
  4. Now click on the button 'Clear Private Data Now'.
  5. A small window opens. Tick the 'Cookies' option.
  6. Close the window again. Deleting cookies is complete.

Internet Explorer 6: Delete cookies

  1. Click on the top of the screen on 'Extras'.
  2. A tab appears. Now click on 'Internet Options.'
  3. A window opens. In the middle of this window ('Temporary Internet Files') click on 'Delete Cookies.'
  4. Click 'OK'.
  5. Close the window again. Deleting cookies is complete.

Internet Explorer 7: Delete cookies

  1. Click on the top of the screen on 'Extras'.
  2. A tab appears. Now click on 'Internet Options.'
  3. Now Click on the 'General' tab. It opens up a tab.
  4. Under 'Browsing history' click on 'Delete'.
  5. Now a window opens, at the top is 'Temporary Internet files'.
  6. Click on 'Delete Cookies' and confirm this command.
  7. Close the window again. Deleting cookies is complete.
