Player cards
Every player has a personal player card. If you would like to learn something about a panda, click on them to view their player card.
On another panda's card, you will find the following buttons:
- Add a friend (the panda will receive an invitation to become your friend)
- Search (if a panda is your friend, you can see where they are in Panfu)
- House (if a panda is your friend, you can visit their tree-house)
- Postcards (with these you can send a postcard to another panda)
- Ignore (you will not see what the panda does or says anymore)
- Player report (send a report to a monitor if someone is being mean to you)
- You can also look at the player card of your friends when they are not near you by clicking on their name in your friends list
- You can use your player card to modify your panda.
Friends
The icon with the two pandas on the right side of your toolbar shows you a list of your friends. Choose the name of the person whose player card you would like to see and learn more about.
To add a friend, select a panda and look at their player card. Then choose 'Add friend'. The panda will receive a message asking whether or not they would like to accept you as a friend. If they accept you as a friend, then they will be added to your friends list.
To delete a friend, select the friend icon (smiley on the right side), and then choose the friend you would like to delete from your friends list and click on 'Delete'. The friend on your friends list will be automatically updated.
If you have your friends menu open, you can also see which friends are with you in a room. Note: You can not add a panda to your friends list if it is on your 'ignore' list. You need to first remove them from the list.
Visit a friend
To visit the tree-house of a friend from your friends' list, click on the player card of the friend you would like to visit, and then click on the house icon.
You will then arrive at their tree-house. You can not edit or furnish the tree-house of another panda.
You can visit the tree-houses which are shown to you on your card.
To open the tree house of your friend, click on them, then click on the tree-house symbol at the bottom of their player card.
Find a friend
If a friend is online at the same time as you, click on their name from your friend list. This will open their player card and from there you can find your friend. Simply click on the “Search” button (second from the left).
If your friend is in another friend's tree-house or is playing a game, they will be shown as being “hidden”.
Ignore someone
If someone is always annoying you, you should ignore them.
To ignore another player, you must do the following:
- Click on the player to see their player card.
- Click the 'Ignore' button (the icon with the crossed out panda) and then click 'Yes' if you would like to ignore the panda.
Notes: Friends can not be ignored. If you would like to ignore a friend, your must first remove them from your friend list.
If you report a player to a monitor, then they will automatically be added to your “Ignore” list.Return to top of page ↑
Report another player
To report another panda, click on the sheriff star with the 'M' on it and report a player to a chat monitor.
You should report pandas if they are being mean, are making references to sex, drugs or alcohol, or if they ask for personal information.

Identifying monitors
Monitors are people who work for Panfu and control the game, to ensure that everything is in order. Sometimes the monitors walk around in Panfu.
Beware: some people may say they are chat monitors even when they are not!
