How a panda can be blocked or banned
Become a member
To become a member, you must do the following:
- Visit our 'Membership page'
- Click on 'Membership' on the Panfu homepage and follow the instructions.
- If you are logged in, click on the settings button (the computer icon on the right edge), and then click 'Become a member' and follow the instructions.
Cancel your membership
Membership can be cancelled at the end of your subscription. To cancel a membership, your panda name and password are required. If you or your child have forgotten the password, please go to 'Forgot password' and you will be sent an e-mail with your password.

To change the security level of your chat, log in and go to 'Account' on the toolbar.
Choose either the 'High-security chat' setting or the 'Standard-security chat' setting.
Sign in again in order for the new changes to take effect.
Change your password
To change your password, sign in and go to 'Account' at the very right or your toolbar:
If someone does not follow the rules
If you swear, make hurtful lies, or say something that is against the rules, you will be blocked or banned from Panfu. If you are blocked, you will be given limited access to the chat function and you will only be able to use the pre-text chat. For more serious offences, you will be banned from Panfu. This means that you will not be able to use your account for a specific amount of time – this can be anywhere between 24 hours and forever.
If you are banned as a member, you will not be compensated for the time of your banishment.
If a ban is issued automatically by our system, then it will take effect immediately. If a ban is put into effect manually by a monitor, then it may take a little longer for it to come into effect.
How a panda can be blocked or banned
A panda can be blocked or banned either automatically by our system or by a chat monitor. For a small offence, a panda can be blocked from the chat function for up to 24 hours. In this case, you can only use the pre-set text in the hight-security chat function. For bigger offences, a panda will be banned from Panfu forever.
