A firewall on your network may possibly be blocking the connection. Ask your network administrator or your manufacturer whether ports 5556-5570 (for TCP traffic, both inbound and outbound) from Panfu are being used.


If the problem continues:
Our servers may be temporarily down due to maintenance work. Please wait an hour and try again or, better still, go outside and do something in the fresh air!
