We love creating the Panfu community for you. Our great team works very hard to make sure you have the most fun possible and that you are safe at all times. We hope you understand that these good people need to make a living. That’s why we can’t offer all our exciting features for free, but you will see that we keep the membership prices as low as possible.
How it works: You can play online games, chat and make quests on Panfu for free, but to access all areas, more educational material and more fun, you can become a Gold Panda and pay a small monthly fee.
Gold Panda Day: We regularly organize a day when it’s free for all Pandas to get the Gold Panda experience. You will see: Gold Pandas have more fun! Max and Ella announce the Gold Panda Day in advance so remember to check out the blog: blog.panfu.com.
Yes, unless it is cancelled, the Gold Membership is automatically renewed at the end of each subscription cycle for the chosen membership period. That way, your Panda can access all “Gold Panda only” services without interruption. Gold Pandas have more fun!
If you choose to pay for the Gold Membership with PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal page where you have to enter a credit card. This is a safety measure to ensure the validity and liquidity of the account. Please note: We do not receive any of your credit card details. All of your data will be safely stored directly with PayPal.
If you have a problem making your payment for the Gold Membership, be sure to read the error message you received. A few tips to avoid common errors:
1. All data must be entered correctly.
2. The email address must be entered twice in exactly the same way.
3. Check if your account and credit card details are correct, including security codes, bank locations, and the name of the account holder.
Still not working? Try starting the payment process again after about 30 minutes. Make sure you start right at the beginning, selecting which Gold Membership you want on the payment page.
Please remember that it can take up to an hour before you receive the email confirming your payment. If enough time has passed and you still don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Still nothing? Maybe you mistyped the email address when you filled out the payment form. – In that case, please send your Panda name, payer name and email address used in the payment to our support team and we’ll be happy to help you out.
You can activate your Gold Membership directly in the game:
Log in to Panfu and select the server of your choice. To activate your Gold Membership, click on the gold Pandacoin in the left hand corner of the screen and enter your code.
Choose "Gold Membership" and insert your activation code. You'll be logged off automatically. When you log back in again you will be a Gold Panda. Like magic! And we promise you: Gold Pandas have more fun!
Panfu Gold Memberships are set to automatically renew at the price of the standard rate when the original membership period ends, unless a membership is cancelled in written form, two weeks in advance of the end of the membership period.

Please remember to provide your Panda Name and the voucher code of your account. Have you paid for your Gold Membership with PayPal? Then you will need to cancel your membership through them, please go to www.paypal.com.
If you buy a Gold Membership make sure you double check the phone number you want the code to be sent to. Also be sure to write down the code exactly as it appears on your screen.
Please note: Only the Panda with which you saw the code in the game will receive the items or the Gold Membership.

There are a number of reasons why you can’t see the SMS option:
You only see this option when you are not a Gold Panda (Gold Pandas have an all-access pass anyway and don’t need to pay for anything else).
Payment via SMS isn’t available straight away, it is usually offered to pandas who have been on Panfu for around 30 days or more. Payment via SMS isn’t available in all countries, so perhaps your country is one of those.
