If you can’t login, check whether you received any error messages.
If the error message says that your username or password is wrong, check if you entered it correctly. The password is case sensitive, i.e. it recognizes upper and lower case. If you still can't login with your password, is it possible you've behaved so badly that you Panda got deactivated? If Pandas behave very badly their account could get closed down completely.
If you have double-checked your password and you still can’t log in, you can change it by clicking on the link “Forgot password” below the login area.
If your game doesn’t load and you get a message saying that you lost your connection, it might be a temporary issue. Just try again.
If it keeps happening, we recommend you clear your cache and delete your cookies.
If this still doesn’t help, check if you have any security software installed that might block the game. Check the links to firewall settings, child protection software, and system requirements for further assistance.
In order to enjoy playing on Panfu, you need to allow certain ports and websites in your firewall:
Open the ports 5556-5570 for incoming and outgoing TCP traffic in your Firewall.
Allow connections to the following sites: content.panfu.com and info.panfu.com.
Your parents have your best interests at heart snd they may have installed child protection software that blocks all but a few explicitly allowed websites.
Please ask your parents to add the websites content.panfu.com and info.panfu so you can play Panfu.
If you are connected wirelessly via WLAN, you should consider either going closer to the modem or even connecting the LAN cable to your computer. The wireless connection can be a bit unstable at times and affect your gaming experience. Ask others using the internet for their permission first, because if you take the only LAN cable it means they can't use the internet at the same time.
