If you can only see part of the game area, you might have used the zoom function. To remedy this, try pressing Ctrl + 0 (zero) at the same time or change the “zoom view” back to “normal view” from the View menu at the top of the browser window.
If you write something inappropriate in your profile, it will be locked. What you wrote on your profile won’t be visible to other Pandas. You can edit your profile again in 24 hours. Please remember: Panfu is a friendly place. Never swear or behave inappropriately in the chat or on your profile
During your time on Panfu, you will climb the different levels as you gain more experience. With each new level you will receive an exciting reward. Each level gets a little harder, but be patient. You can make it!
Please note: Some rewards are for Gold Pandas only, some can be used by all Pandas.
If you’re new to Panfu, there’s so much to see and explore that you might not know what to do next. Here are our suggestions to help you find your way around:
Don’t be shy. Just go ahead and ask other Pandas where things and characters are, how to do stuff and use different functions.

If more than one person shares the same computer to play Panfu, sometimes the data gets mixed. The one who played first can have their things saved on the next player’s account, things like that can happen.
Luckily, it’s easily avoided: Just clear the browser’s cache and cookies between online games and everything should work fine. It’s easy to do and will improve the quality of the game.
Congratulations, you got to try out the Gold Membership for free! We hope you had a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the free Gold Membership is only valid for level 5 and will end as you move on to level 6. If you really liked your experience, you can check out our membership page to see whether you’d like to become a Gold Panda permanently.
Please note: When your Gold Membership ends you won’t be able to use the things you bought and won as a Gold Panda. If you buy a Gold Membership or during our Gold Panda Days (when everyone gets to be a Gold Panda) you can use your items again.
Bollies, your cute pets, need your regular attention and care. Feed them, play with them and let them sleep – that keeps them happy. If you neglect them, they will get very sad and ultimately run away and disappear. But don't worry if they ran away, they go to their friends at the pet shop, where they're taken care of.
