It is currently not possible to change your gender (male or female) in Panfu. So please choose it correctly when you create your Panda.
Once you’ve chosen your Panda name, you cannot change it. So please choose it wisely and be sure not to choose any names that could offend other Pandas.
You can easily change your password. Just follow the instructions given on the Settings page.
Once you set your birthday during registration, you cannot change it. So please enter it correctly when you create your Panda.
You can change your email address on the Settings page but for security reasons you still need access to your old email address. If your old email address isn’t valid anymore, please contact our support team.
You can choose whether you want to receive emails or newsletters from Panfu. Just go to the Settings page and set your preferences there.
Make sure you open the link provided in the newsletter correctly. On that landing page, please log in to the game with the username and password for the Panda who received the newsletter. Only that user can get the item. Please note: You can only claim the item within 7 days after you received the newsletter.
