If something doesn’t work, clearing your browser’s cache or cookies often helps. The instructions for clearing cache and cookies are specific to each browser. Find the two most common instructions below. If none of these work for you, you can find the instructions for your browser online.
1) In Internet Explorer (IE 8):
Go to Safety > Delete browsing history. Check the box for "Temporary internet files" and "Cookies," and click Delete.
In older versions of Internet Explorer:
Click on Tools > Internet Options. Choose "Delete browsing history" and click OK.
Restart your browser and log in to Panfu.
2) In Mozilla Firefox:
Click on Tools > Delete browsing history. Check the box for "Temporary internet files" and "Cookies", and click Delete/OK.
Restart your browser and log in to Panfu.
You can activate your Gold Membership directly in the game:
Log in to Panfu and select the server of your choice. To activate your Gold Membership, click on the gold Pandacoin in the left hand corner of the screen and enter your code.
Panfu Gold Memberships are set to automatically renew at the price of the standard rate when the original membership period ends, unless a membership is cancelled in written form, two weeks in advance of the end of the membership period.

Please remember to provide your Panda Name and the voucher code of your account. Have you paid for your Gold Membership with PayPal? Then you will need to cancel your membership through them, please go to www.paypal.com.
Panfu is a friendly place that has no room for bullies. If you see another Panda using bad language or being mean, you can either block them or report them to one of our moderators.
In order to use all the fun, free functions in Panfu, you first need to confirm your email address. It’s easy! Once you have registered with Panfu we will send you an email, simply click on the link in the activation email. This is a security measure to ensure that the email address you registered with is really yours.
All you need to do is click on the link in the email or copy it into your browser and you can start playing!
If you are unable to chat, there can be different reasons:
1. You can only chat once you’ve confirmed your email address.
2. In some countries, the chat isn’t open all day. On Panfu.com, the chat is open from Monday to Friday from 12 to 1 am GMT (UK time). On weekends and during UK school holidays, the chat is open from 9 am to 1 am. If you get a message saying that you are trying to chat outside of Panfu’s chat hours, you have to wait. The message will tell you the exact time when the chat opens again.
3. You might have been locked by a moderator. If you break any of the Panfu rules, our moderators can stop you from chatting. You might have to wait anywhere between 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on your offence. If this is the case, you will receive a message telling you that you are locked.
4. If your chat field appears grey and you can’t even click in it, safe chat has been activated. This means that you can only use prewritten messages. You can find the button in the bottom left corner with a speech bubble on it.
